We’ve been partnering with employee benefits brokers for years and we’ve found that our partners truly appreciate the time and effort we put into every aspect of their business. We’re here to help you succeed and that’s something we don’t take lightly.

We understand that developing an in-house enrollment team requires a significant investment in both personal time and financial resources and we have developed an enrollment solutions platform with a wide variety of options that allows you and your clients to keep enrollment costs as low as possible.

We have Account Managers and Benefits Counselors on our staff, and our capabilities are not limited by size or location.

Our in-house team handle most enrollments in the Southeastern United States (but can go anywhere when conditions warrant). For large groups (1,000+ employees) and for groups with locations in multiple states over a large geographical distribution, we utilize our in-house team as much as possible and when conditions warrant, we access existing partnerships to scale our team to cover any size group. We have completed enrollments from California to the Carolinas and from South Florida to New York. Our network is vetted through personal relationships and ensures that we can handle any size group with whom our broker partners may be working.

Bilingual Enrollment Team

Has a language barrier ever been a problem in your enrollments? No problem. In addition to our in-house languages which include English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, we also have direct access to Colonial Life’s National Enrollment Team. Several members of our team participate in this group and we can provide enrollment in many languages, as well as translation services where needed. With over 6,000 licensed Benefit Counselors dedicated to the communication and education of employee benefits, the Colonial Life “NET Team” represents the largest licensed enrollment group in the United States.
